Driving rapid adoption through a rebuilt provider-centric mobile EHR

Led end-to-end design of a mobile EHR for onsite behavioural health providers. Launched MVP beta within 6 months, achieving 89% provider adoption and 80% feature parity.

Designed a virtual pre-appointment solution for flexible client screening, follow-up appointment scheduling, and easy handoff for care teams.
